CUSTOM ORDER TERMS & APPAREL CARE

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to fulfill your custom order.  Here's a few things you need to know about our process to keep your order on schedule and delivered timely.

All apparel and color print caps are digitally printed and pressed using the latest technology in the apparel industry, guaranteed to not crack or fade for 50+ proper washes. 

Double and triple check your order.

If you have any special requests about any aspect of your order (including but not limited to logo placement/sizing etc.) it must be agreed upon before the order is placed. Once the order is placed/paid it is assumed both parties have agreed upon any/all specific instructions regarding the apparel/cap order.

Please note: Although we strive to keep all logos and patches in the same exact location within your order, all logos/patches are placed by hand and could vary slightly in exact location.

You may request a digital mock-up of your order, but color tints, details and sizing may differ from the actual pieces.

It is your responsibility to review size and material charts per item. A sizing chart is available to you upon request at no additional charge.

Revising your order after it’s placed:
Your order is considered finalized after it is placed. If you need to add more items to the order and you're adding under $400 in merchandise, you'll be responsible for shipping charges from the items manufacturer.  We print your entire order together — adding items may delay the delivery. Buyer assumes all shipping charges (if applicable) if shipping is required for apparel/cap delivery.

Apparel pieces cannot be removed from an order after finalization.  To keep costs down, each item is brought in from the product manufacturer as needed and unable to be returned.

Art & Logo Files
*We do not design graphics or logos but can refer you to a local designer*
The quality of your files is reflected in your prints.  We only accept high quality PNG, SVG, PDF, Ai or EPS logo files.  If your art needs to be altered or converted from JPG there are additional fees of $50-$150.  Our best judgment is used with printing, if you decide against our print suggestions, we may refuse service or offer absolutely no guarantee of print quality or colors.

Payment

Payment is to be made in full (excluding shipping if needed) before merchandise is ordered and order is started. Shipping (if required) is to be paid in full before apparel/cap order is shipped out.

Advertising

Placing an order with Two Pines Apparel is an agreement that we can use images of your apparel which may or may not include your logo/slogan/brand name for advertising, website or marketing purposes.

Cap Care
All caps are to be hand washed in cold water and air dried only.  Use special care near any patches or printing. We recommend spraying a water-proofing aerosol to the interior and exterior of the cap for increased quality.

Apparel Care
To extend the print life and minimize shrinkage of any apparel item, machine wash inside-out with cold water.  Do not bleach or wring dry.  Dry on low heat, tumble or air dry. Iron the garment inside-out and with low heat.

Note: All graphics are applied using a high heat application process. If you happen to see a “press box” on your apparel around the logo/graphic this is perfectly normal and will go away once the garment is washed and moisture is reintroduced into the fabric.
